The second most commented Stardew Valley layout was the Beach Farm. Many fans love the ability to organize each section for separate tasks, making it easier to not forget one of the many chores that need to be done that day. Although there was no clear winner out of the seven choices Stardew Valley fans mentioned the Four Corners Farm a lot in the comments. Reddit user FallenSpiderDemon asked the Stardew Valley community what their favorite farm layout was, and the answers were varied. On subsequent playthroughs, fans tend to branch out and try one of the other six layouts. There are seven different farm layouts in Stardew Valley with many first-time players choosing the Standard Farm to avoid figuring out how the other layouts work. A few of the choices may surprise some Stardew Valley players, while other farm layouts have been fan favorites for a long time.īefore each playthrough of Stardew Valley, the player must choose the type of layout that they want their farm to look like. Stardew Valley fans are debating which one of the seven available farm layouts is the best in the game. The Wilderness Farm is also unpopular due to nighttime monsters that fans find annoying. The Hill-Top Farm receives the least love from players, as it is difficult to navigate and has too much space to work with. The Beach Farm is popular due to its unique beauty, although it presents a challenge with its limited working area.Stardew Valley fans have differing opinions on the best farm layout, but the Four Corners Farm is mentioned frequently for its organizing capabilities.Slimes can be very profitable if you know enough about their RGB values, which I am just learning thanks to a youtuber called Brannigan or something like that, who delved into slime science and how to raise slimes with the best profits.Īlso if you're on a beach farm, you are surrounded by a massive resource, the sea!. Age beers in casks too, age them to iridium star, sell for lots of gold :) Make the wheat into beer or flour, sell the produce. Wheat is a good all rounder for ranchers to grow, as it will drop hay as well as wheat. Eggs into mayo, milk into cheese, truffles into truffle oil, wheat into beer, hops into pale ale, fruit and veg into pickles and jellies etc. I turn most of my fresh produce into artisan goods, which doubles their value. I use ginger island for my fruit trees, another extremely profitable venture. So on a beach farm, your focus should be on raising animals, growing crops on the patch that does allow sprinklers, utilise the greenhouse and ginger island for crops and fruit trees. Imagine it in real life, you're given a parcel of land, and you have to farm what will grow and live there and make best use of the land. So really to me, it is not so much about what farm is best, it is about how you farm the land you have been given. Pigs are one of the most profitable animals, but because they will not go outside digging truffles in winter or when it rains, it is best to supplement them with other animals and slimes too. This has allowed me to kick start with truffles, a great source of income, and if you make truffle oil, they're extremely profitable. All the animals on this farm are free range, which allows them to reach grass and pigs to dig truffles over a wider area than if they were fenced in. My new file is animal based, I am primarily an animal farmer. With sprinklers banned over 98% of the farm, the best career path for this farm is rancher. Now, sadly the UK is back in lockdown till March so I set myself the same challenge again, this time using the 1.5 beach farm. I utilised all aspects of farming, and making artisan goods. I built it up over the full three months of lockdown, and it makes over 200k gold a day. I chose the default one whatever that is called, sorry too early for me lol. During the spring lockdown here in the UK, I set myself a challenge to build up a very profitable farm.
